In the former village of Mali Klischi, evacuated after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, only two inhabitants remain—a mother and son, Nina and Oleksandr. Although they've lived together for many years, a deep misunderstanding separates them. The price they've paid to remain in their home is loneliness. Their story resonates painfully, echoing a catastrophe still felt in modern Ukraine.
