Children who grew up on Air Force bases in the 1960s and 1970s, in civilian housing surrounded by a bustling military base, where their fathers served. The protagonists of the film describe the dissonance experience of their childhood - on the one hand, a childhood protected by a fence and secured by soldiers, which gave them a sense of infinite freedom and security, but on the other hand, a childhood exposed to a militaristic world, full of dramatic and tragic events, which affected the fate of the children.
