A fisherman named Othman, while fishing, finds a small child in a floating basket, so he rescues him, raises him, and teaches him to fish. Othman is arrested and imprisoned for hunting in a forbidden area, and the prince's daughter intervenes to release him. Othman finds a bottle while fishing one day. He opens it and a goblin emerges from it. He rewards Othman with a magic wand.
