Ady Steg is the story of an extraordinary destiny: a little Jewish boy born during the anti-Semitic persecutions of Eastern Europe in the 1920s who thwarted the dark fate destined for him to become a major figure of French Judaism but also of the national community. Becoming a respected doctor treating the bodies of presidents as well as the ailments of his community, Ady Steg was a lifelong activist. To enter into its intimacy is to relive the unique destiny of the Jews of the 20th century, from the peril of the Shoah to the rebirth in Israel, including their tireless struggle for the preservation of the rights and memory of the Jews of France.
