It brings together a group of authorized voices from diverse artistic profiles around a simple question: can a flavor be beautiful? This concept opens a debate led by the figures of the publicist Toni Segarra and the chef Quique Dacosta, a world leader in avant-garde gastronomy with three Michelin stars. One of the vocations of art is the creation of beauty. Paradoxically, beauty as a concept has almost never been used in relation to taste. Dacosta approaches each of these artists to consider together whether avant-garde cuisine is an artistic discipline.
