Part 2 of the documentary "The Year After Dayton" deepens the history of a young state by means of some portraits of Bosnians. Rajko, the Serbian mechanic, has to leave the house where he lives with his family for the second time, this time because the area to which he fled during the war is now being returned to the Muslim-Croatian Federation; Nermin, the actor who lost both legs in the war, may rehearse a role.
