The small town of Friedheim, at the end of the Western world, fell into a deep sleep no later than 1980. With the latest issue of the local newspaper “Werra-Post”, the notorious journalist Willi Busch also became unemployed and spends his regular days until on November 12, 1989. On the morning of that day, the historical events that began on November 9 happen began in Berlin, as did the Werra Valley. People, emotions and ideas spill over the German-German border, which has also fallen here, as if a fever had broken out.
