In Villa Baja, the mayor and the councilors meet for hours, very concerned that the people in the next town will have better fireworks that year, since they do not have the budget to organize a decent show. They decide to turn to Daniel, the only person outside their family who is allowed into his house by Don Antonio, the richest man in the town. They trust that Daniel can ask Don Antonio for the money, but he refuses, because he is in love with his daughter, and does not want to look bad with him ... A mysterious character appears around the place.
