It is a late summer evening in Biskopsgården in Gothenburg when gunshots break the silence. It is the police officer Andreas Danman who has been shot. He is 33 years old and will soon become a father for the first time - but he will never get to meet his daughter. For over two years, SVT Dokumentär has followed Andreas Danman's family and colleagues through the grief and continued police work in Biskopsgården. It is a film about how the gang wars and the thin blue line affect a family, the Swedish police and society at large.
