It’s summer in the small town of Port à la Duc. On the Morgane Bridge, 13 years old, drags a little girl by the hand: Merveille. Like every day, they go to the children's park. Under the roof of the small Morgane wooden hut there is a phone hidden. At the end of the line: his big brother Kevin, gone to Syria. Ibrahim, Kevin's former best friend, also hangs out on the bridge at Port à la Duc.
