This documentary film goes behind the scenes of a huge shoot, that of the film produced by Darryl Zanuck, based on Cornelius Ryan's best-seller, The Longest Day. The story explores the geopolitical constraints of the time as well as the numerous anecdotes which punctuated this adventure, the final result of which is an epic story lasting almost 3 hours.
