A group of cheerleaders has an accident when their bus slips into a chasm, in the middle of a muddy, ancient cemetery. Derry, assistant coach of the basketball team, suggests that they leave the bus and seek help. Shanti insists on waiting for help instead of running in the cemetery. So Derry’s group leaves the bus while Gina, Shanti, Raya and Tya stay on. They head to an old building that used to be a hospital. But when they split up, terror begins to attack each of them. They realize that they are facing the ghost of Suster Ngesot.
