Tom has just turned 70, he spends a good part of his time on the road. His house is his truck. He travels across Europe to supervise participatory projects and help those who have decided to build their own houses out of straw and earth. Tom likes living among others. This is even its reason for being. But between two projects, he needs to recharge his batteries, to find his own rhythm, his freedom. The road gives him these spaces, it’s there that he feels at home.
