In the fall of 1978, the Prime Minister, René Lévesque, inaugurated the Outardes 2 generating station on the North Shore of Quebec. For the workers and their families, it is the end of an adventure that will have lasted 20 years and saw about 25,000 people pass through the 7 sites of the Manic-Outardes complex.
