The movie is about a drama that unfolds because of a clause in the penal code. Naciye is raped by a group of men. Since Naciye is a prostitute, the defendants are tried under Article 438. This article in the penal code gives a reduced sentence to those who rape prostitutes. Therefore, the defendants are acquitted. Naciye's experience resonates with the public. Campaigns are launched for the repeal of the article. However, Naciye was forgotten in this process. She was first fired from her job when news about her having a passport appeared in the press. Then her children are given to an orphanage by the state. Meanwhile, journalist Oktay interviews Naciye to learn the truth. Naciye will have the opportunity to make people hear her voice.
