Onori, the president of the Galaxy department store, is urged by the group's general manager, Narumi, to be promoted to a part-time director. That meant the dismissal of her president and a significant salary cut. What's more, she is faced with a pledge that she will not change jobs to another company in the same industry. Attorney Oki proposes an MBO that finds investors, acquires a majority stake in the group, and contends for management rights.
