Milkbar When communism fell in 1989, and the bars became privately owned, Danuta Juz took over "Bar Bywalec" in Wroclaw, Poland. Now 16 years have passed and Poland is still going through enormous structural changes. But in Danuta's bar, time stands still. Side by side with her assistant, she runs the bar and tries to keep the new market out the door. But the bar is also a bridge between the old and the new society
