Two bodies are found in the zoo. Detective Matos and his partner Lt. Huarcaya are in charge to resolve this most enigmatic case. At the same time, an injured woman with feline spots all over her body is brought to the hospital. Zoologist Klein attributes it to existing zoanthropy among the Awajún indigenous people of the Amazon. He observed this ceremony two decades ago in a remote Awajún village.
