Unsuccessfully, the young advertiser, Dimitris Christidis, has been trying to strike it rich. However, a cunning scheme combined with an ingenious disguise will pave the way for a new life, when Dimitris introduces himself to the affluent and utterly unsuspecting industrialist, Petros Fokas, as his illegitimate Greek-Italian son, Giacomo. Now, the stage seems set for the ultimate "father"-son reunion; nevertheless, is Dimitris' secret safe with the household's ever-present handmaiden, Kassiani? —Nick Riganas
