The waiter bounces between the kitchen and dining room of a disordered restaurant. Menu specialties include over-sugared doughnuts, exploding meringues, stinky cheese sandwiches and steaks that double as shoe leather. A final debacle gives new meaning to a restaurant's going to the dogs.
