Storie della Valchiusella - Cascina Prela, Naturale
Opis filmu
Opis oryginalny: włoski
The portrait of a family that guards an increasingly rare and precious reality with evident sensitivity and passion. Cascina Prela is the testimony of a man-nature relationship in close contact with each other. The manufacturing process that takes up each day begins with cutting the grass in the meadows or grazing, moving on to caring for the cows and milking, and ending with the processing of milk to produce cheese and ice cream.
