Orphaned since the tender age of three and taken in by her uncle's family, kind-hearted Rena Doxa leads a modest and loveless life. Surrounded by wealth in a lavish estate, impecunious Rena summons up the courage to leave home and Dimitris Grenas, the suave man of her dreams, bent on finding a better future in Athens, and spread her wings; however, this is easier said than done. Before long, after one disappointment too many, young Rena decides to take matters into her own hands, and as a result, she lands a job as a chauffeur. Now, Rena can seize the moment and enjoy life, unbeknownst to her that Dimitris is still waiting for her at the beautiful house he's built for her.
