An ethno-sensorial experience in the aspect of the culinary art of Puebla. The immersive image and sound follow each element that makes up the chain of events from the origin to the taste generated by eating or drinking it. A father and his daughter look for an agave on the slopes of the volcanoes to extract the mead. Three generations of women walk in the Zapotitlan desert to find the area's delicacy, endemic caterpillars that have sprouted when the few drops of rain fall in the semi-arid zone. A baptism brings together the women of a family in the Sierra de Cuetzalan to prepare an ancient recipe for atole and mixiotes, both pre-Hispanic dishes. An old peasant blesses corn seeds along with his neighbors at the entrance of a cave, where it is believed to be the entrance to the Tlalocan (underworld) for the Nahuatl culture among others.
