Sarah Abitbol began figure skating at the age of 5 before being spotted by the coach and director of the largest skating center in France, Gilles Beyer. She won several times the titles of champion of France and vice-champion of Europe and the world. But this world of ice and glitter hides ubiquitous sexual harassment and violent assaults on minors. The voices of the victims are drowned out by a system that protects itself. Sarah was raped by her trainer when she was between 15 and 17 years old. In 2018, after seeing the film "La Consolation", adapted from the book by Flavie Flament, Sarah Abitbol finds the courage to break the ice. Accompanied by journalist Emmanuelle Anizon, she breaks the silence in 2020 in the book "Un si long silence". This documentary looks back on his journey.
