Welcome to Kandos - the cementing of an unlikely friendship. An inspiring documentary about inaugural contemporary art festival, Cementa13, that transforms a dying cement-producing town in rural Australia with enlightening results. Entertaining and uplifting, it's a culture clash between endearing country characters and cutting edge city artists as contemporary art explores what is possible outside the white walled gallery.
