When Andy Warhol published his photos in Interview magazine in 1982, David LaChapelle was only 19 years old. Today he is one of the biggest names in contemporary photography. He does a series of shock portraits with the biggest stars in show business. With compositions becoming more and more baroque, David LaChapelle does not hesitate to revisit the classical works of Michelangelo or Leonardo da Vinci and move from religious iconography to pornography.
